Overview

Join a highly collaborative team and continue to rapidly grow U.S. Water's business in Energy Services! As Technical Director for our Energy Services (Oil & Gas) division, you will be primarily responsible for working with oil and gas customers, USW representatives and business development leaders to drive revenue and profit for the Energy Services offerings. 

 

This individual will develop relationships at all levels, sharing their expertise in Midstream process and production. You'll also support identification of opportunities for the team and develop integrated offerings for the customer.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage the U S Water Safety Policy. Be a leader in safety
  • Develop and implement a technical support strategy and educational tactics for U.S. Water's Energy Services business
  • Formulate chemical products and regulations: DOT HazMat, OSHA, PHMSA, Hazardous waste, etc.
  • Share experience in proven track record of successful sales
  • Oversee inventory management and operations, including toll blenders. Recognize the issues and determine their impact on customer sustainability.  
  • Adjust to varying market conditions during the FY to ensure that a profitable and thriving business is maintained through education and problem solving with account managers and business development team
  • Work with Business Development team to refine the target list and determine approach and research required
  • Ensure the customer holds the US Water in high esteem, which is depicted by high customer’s satisfaction ratings

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Oil & Gas, Midstream expertise
  • Experience in inventory management and operations preferred, including familiarity with toll blenders.
  • Experience in Water Treatment in the industry
  • Clear career progression and knowledge of industry from bottom to top
  • High technical aptitude with interest in learning more
  • Use of coaching and educational approach to share knowledge
  • Ability to travel/road warrior. Comfortable with field work, CDL Class B preferred
