  • Support the development and execution of marketing programs to promote U.S. Water’s brand.
  • Create sales and marketing materials, including literature, advertisements, internal and external newsletters, press releases, case studies, articles, exhibit materials, mail campaigns, internal and external messaging, signage, vehicle graphics, etc.
  • Support social media campaigns through development of content and creative design.
  • Assist with writing of content for company websites, both external and internal.
  • Assist with writing of content for award nominations for U.S. Water.
  • Assist with execution of mail campaigns.
  • Assist with promotional material distribution.
  • Assist in tradeshow/event coordination and material development.
  • Gather, analyze and present information about U.S. Water markets and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Communications team.

**This position could be focused on specific areas such as internal versus external communications, specific industries, or types of communications such as social media.


  • Knowledge of marketing principals
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to solve problems, analyze data, and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of social media and electronic marketing preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, preferred but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines
